today i used Aromaleigh - Alohomora and omgggggg i freaking LOVE IT SO MUCH!!! it even looks gorgeous in the little sample bag, but i haven't used it til today because i've been focused on using colors and staying away from browns. and neutrals. but i think i'm going to start using browns and neutrals more often because i have SO many samples of them and i don't want them to feel left out =) so expect to see a few natural-ish looks in the future. anyway, i paired it with it's darker cousin from Fyrinnae - Fire Opal. enjoy.
I used:
-UDPP
-Pixe Epoxy
-AL - Alohomora all over top lid and a little up. on lower lashline blended down a little
-Fyrinnae - Fire Opal in crease and blended out slightly
-Fyrinnae - Sacred (<3) on inner v, then swept into crease
-MAC - Yogurt used above inner v.. i guess that's under inner browbone?
-MAC - Chill under brow
-The Falsies mascara.. it's a little too liquidy and the brush is kind of a loser.
LIPS - Loreal - Naked Ambition lipstick
-CoverGirl WetSlicks - Iced Berry. this stuff actually sucks but the color looked good on top of the lipstick! i would never wear it alone, as it is way too liquidy.
PS - DON'T FORGET TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY, AND TELL YO FRANDZ!
Very nice for a "neutral" look!

When I hear neutrals I usually don't think of such glowy and lovely colors. Alohomora really is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteheh, i didn't mean for it to seem like i was calling this look neutral.. to clarify, i meant that i've been staying away from browns AND neutrals, and that i think i want to begin using them both more often. i'm happy you both like this look =)
ReplyDeleteI like it! It's the one I've asked for from you...Browns and "neutrals" can be very sexy and beautiful, and you've just proved it! Do more!!
ReplyDeleteVery nice!! =]
ReplyDeleteVery beautiful! I'm tapped out but at least I have a color from Naked that similar to Alohomora.
ReplyDeleteNot exactly what I'd think of when I hear 'neutral', but gorgeous nonetheless! Those colours look awesome on you! :)
ReplyDeletemorrigan - thanks for the compliment! i don't think alohomora is neutral.. i need to go back and change my original post. i had two separate ideas that got tangled into one. oops!
ReplyDeleteStunning, perfect Christmas day glamour! x
